Deep adaptation is a new approach to the perception of society’s situation in the context of the climate crisis. Prof. Jem Bendell, creator of the Deeper Adaptation Agenda, points out that socio-economic collapse is most likely inevitable and that we should mobilize our collective efforts already at this point to prepare for it. This poses a huge challenge to the economy, like any other area of social life. What models should we implement, how to use energy and natural resources, how to organize our work and supply chain so as not to make our situation worse and actually face the challenges of the crisis?
