The problem of food waste affects us all but especially the HoReCa sector, which grapples with tons of spoiled food every year. The aim of this event is to emphasise the problem of food waste and to popularise circular methods of bio-waste treatment. During the conference, we will talk about circular innovations for gastronomy, threats and opportunities arising from the implementation of the circular economy in the HoReCa sector and methods of food waste prevention. Our guests will be both Polish and Dutch restaurateurs, entrepreneurs and senior officials. The event will be held in cooperation with the Embassy of the Netherlands and will be part of the DUTCH DAY Circular Week 2021.
